My Views of Future Policies Making Process

Gemini_Generated_Image_48vqa948vqa948vq.jpg

My vision for the future of policymaking centres on four core shifts:

  • Real-Time Adaptability: Policies will transition from static rules to dynamic frameworks that continuously adjust based on real-time data and conditions.

  • Behavioural Focus: Rather than strictly policing or shaping isolated actions, policies will increasingly prioritise incentivising and driving long-term behavioral change.

  • Multi-Disciplinary Development: Policy creation will become a deeply collaborative process, driven by equal contributions from AI technologists, business leaders, and legal experts.

  • Public-Private Convergence: The operational boundaries between public service agencies and private sector contractors will blur, leading to more integrated service delivery.

If you are a decision maker, leader in your organisation, government official, or setting your career goals to be the future a leader in your organisation, then this is a must read.

This is the first book that links Decision Theory from psychology literature, with Game Theory from behavioural economy literature, together with Machine Learning from Computer Science literature in just one book for decision-makers.

The Darwinian Policy Making Strategy was designed and used over time since 2015 and formally introduced in my book.

It is a purely objective approach to decision-making and allows decision-makers to drive a population toward a certain target. The whole idea of this proposed strategy is based on Evolutionary Computation (from the Machine Learning literature) inspired by Darwin’s Theory of Evolution (from the Biology literature). The Darwinian Policy Making Strategy can be applied in many commercial applications, such as product sales, human resources management, and mass marketing.
